It's Personal.fyi is an incredibly unique and creative project that aims to answer the question "Ever wondered if you're the only one?"

From everyday habits to life’s biggest challenges, we all wonder about the unspoken parts of life. The things that don’t come up at dinner parties or on social media. The experiences that make us feel isolated or different.

Now, with It’s Personal FYI,  you can find out how you compare, without ever revealing who you are.

Mark approached Ardento with this unique project concept and together we began to design a Zoho integrated web portal solution

Some of the challenges faced were -

• Safe, secure centralised data collection
• Ability to automatically serve members tailored surveys
• Ability to provide powerful analytics to its members annoymously
• Easy administration and management of survey questionaires

Ardento deployed an agile development approach and quickly built a wireframe solution for the It's Personal.fyi portal as well as designing a integrated Zoho CRM solution

The key areas of focus were -

• Realtime synchronisation of data between the Zoho CRM & It's Personal.fyi portal
• Rapid design process to test potential wireframe solutions
• Automated workflows build within Zoho CRM to automatically deliver surveys
• Smooth user experience for portal users and CRM administrators
